The Deerfoot Inn and Casino is looking for a friendly, outgoing and guest oriented semi retired individual to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Demonstrate excellent guest service and encourage positive employee relations
•Accountable for remaining productive and efficient while ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
•Excellent knowledge and adherence of Deerfoot Inn & Casino standards
•Answer guest inquiries regarding Calgary and the hotel services and facilities
•Assist guests with all luggage needs
•Assist with valet services when required
•Responsible for appearance of the hotel lobby to ensure a warm and welcoming guest experience
•Communicate with next shift to ensure smooth transition and completion of duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
Mature and responsible
•Knowledge of hotel services and Calgary an asset
•Pro Serve certificate an asset
•Must provide a Drivers Abstract and Drivers License, and have ability to drive standard transmission
•Previous Guest Services experience preferred
•MUST have a passion for the delivery of OUTSTANDING guest service
•Must have a flexible schedule
